What began as a promise among cooperative members remains true to this day. In its anniversary year, Pax is carrying this idea forward with an offering that is unique in Switzerland: Pax Care is a free emergency assistance service that quickly provides relief to family members during difficult times while also offering an accessible entry point into personal retirement planning.  <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Pax Care Actually Does<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe hardest part of planning for the future is often getting started,\u201d says Yvonne H\u00e4ring, Head of Products &amp; Actuarial Services at Pax. \u201cThat\u2019s exactly what we make free and easy.\u201d Activation takes place online in just a few steps. In the event of death, Pax pays an emergency benefit of CHF 2,000 to cover initial expenses. In addition, specialists support the bereaved with up to two hours of personal consultation on organizational and administrative matters, as well as a structured checklist and contacts for regional service providers.   <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Open to everyone<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pax.ch\/de\/private-vorsorge\/produkte\/pax-care\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pax Care<\/a> is available to anyone living in Switzerland between the ages of 18 and 64, regardless of whether they are already Pax customers.
