The discussion was sparked by a conversation about a business plan to market <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kieselgur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diatomaceous earth<\/a>, a versatile mineral extracted from mines. Ideally, this is done today through call centers\u2014which are often located in distant regions of Asia\u2014or through chatbots and AI-powered voice assistants. These solutions are efficient, and many customers have grown accustomed to them. Nevertheless, nothing can replace genuine human contact.   <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Investing in personal contact pays off<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Paul, direct human interaction may seem more expensive at first than automated solutions. In the long run, however, this investment pays off, since many apparent problems are actually opportunities\u2014something Francisco can attest to from his own experience.
