At the end of January, the international InsurTech scene will meet in London for InsurTech Connect (ITC) London. The exclusive conference brings together executives from insurance companies, start-ups, technology companies and the investment environment. The Swiss InsurTech Hub, which offers the Swiss innovation scene an international stage, will also be taking part.

ITC London is considered one of the most important European formats for exchange between established insurers and the tech and start-up world. The conference is deliberately aimed at a curated audience and is designed as an invite-only event. The aim is to offer substance rather than quantity: strategic discussions, concrete partnerships and talks at decision-maker level. The venue is The Brewery in the heart of London, one of Europe’s central insurance and financial hubs.

Content with strategic depth

ITC London will focus on the topics that are shaping the insurance industry now and in the future. Discussions will focus on how artificial intelligence, data analysis and new platform models are changing traditional insurance processes and what role technology plays in underwriting, claims management and customer interaction. Another focus will be on new risk landscapes – from climate risks and cyber threats to geopolitical uncertainties – and how insurers and reinsurers can respond to them. The program will be supplemented by contributions on growth, investments and cooperation between groups and InsurTechs as well as on the question of how customer centricity and efficiency will come together in the future.

Who speaks and who participates

Several hundred participants from all over Europe and beyond are expected to attend, including CEOs, CIOs, innovation managers, founders and investors. Leaders from international insurance groups, specialized InsurTechs and technology-driven service providers will be on stage. The speakers will share concrete experiences from transformation projects, partnerships and market launches rather than visions in a vacuum.

In addition to the presentations, ITC London thrives above all on networking: roundtables, moderated discussions, matchmaking formats and evening events create space for targeted encounters.

The role of the Swiss InsurTech Hub

By participating as an exhibitor, the Swiss InsurTech Hub is underlining the international focus of the Swiss InsurTech ecosystem. The Hub acts as a contact point in London for start-ups, corporates and investors with an interest in the Swiss market. Young companies have the opportunity to present their solutions to an international audience of experts, while established players can establish contacts with innovative technology providers. Switzerland is thus once again positioning itself as a relevant innovation location within the global insurance industry.

Dates, and registration

The ITC London takes place on January 26 and 27, 2026 will take place. Participation is only possible via an invitation or a successful application. Interested parties can register via the official InsurTech Connect website and submit their profile for selection. Information on the various participation and ticket categories can also be found there. Members and partners of the Swiss InsurTech Hub will receive additional information directly via the Hub.

A must-attend event for the industry

InsurTech Connect London 2026 is not a traditional congress, but a strategic working and networking forum for the insurance industry of tomorrow. Anyone who wants to understand how technology, new risks and changing customer expectations are shaping the business – and who wants to actively participate in this development – will find one of the most important meeting places of the year in London at the end of January.
