VISCHER Strengthens its M&A and Insurance Teams

VISCHER AG, one of Switzerland’s leading business law firms, is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. iur. Kevin M. Hubacher, J.M. (LL.M.), as a partner, effective October 1, 2025. With this strategic addition, VISCHER further expands its expertise in the areas of M&A and insurance law.

Kevin Hubacher has extensive experience in MA/private equity transactions, venture capital investments, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Another focus of his practice is insurance supervisory and insurance contract law.

Kevin Hubacher was admitted to the bar in 2016, holds a doctorate in law from the University of Lucerne, and a Juris Master from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. Before joining VISCHER, Kevin Hubacher worked with two major Swiss business law firms. Kevin Hubacher is a member of various professional associations, regularly publishes on current developments in his areas of specialization and is a lecturer in law at the University of St. Gallen.
